1933 Jerky and Hot Sauce  • Our Story  •  Even though jerky and hot sauce have been around for a very long time, it is a little known fact that during the time of Prohibition in America, while Moonshiners where working on creating the perfect batch of alcohol in the backwoods of America, they also refined the process of smoking jerky and making hot sauce, creating  many new recipes.
